Internal and rear modifications to a Federation home in Sydney's inner-west. 

Comprising of a full kitchen redesign/renovation and update of existing laundry to add bathroom facilities, resulting in a dual purpose room. Back verandah will be extended to form a larger and more user-friendly undercover alfresco space.

WORK COMPLETED TO DATE:

+ Concept design and concept development.

+ DA preparation and submission to Burwood Council (approved Dec 2023).

+ Preliminary construction documentation, 3D modelling and FFE schedule package delivered to clients.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
